SAMPARK - Centralized Call center set up in MPMKVVCL has been operationalized in order to serve the following objectives:

1. Consumer centric approach
2. GPS enabled tracking system
3. Timely redressal of enquiries & complaints
4. Better compliance management system
5. Single window complaint management system
6. Enhance Service level fulfilment
7. Building centralised data base.

The pilot project named “SAMPARK” focusing mainly for the Kolar area was executed two months back and recently the same has been initialized for City Bhopal and city Gwalior as well . The way forward to SAMPARK is that it will be operationalized company wide.
